Our Story

This is a story of three women that God has brought together. We are not necessarily likely friends, but through an interesting series of events, God got us here. We each have our own story and perspective that we want to share. This is something that we have been asked to do, not for informative reasons, but because we are working towards steps that the Father has asked us to take. Our focus is on the many facets of mental well-being.

Why BreathingHallelujah? In a Leonard Cohen song, Hallelujah, he writes about David. One of the greatest heroes of the bible. One of the lines of that song “and even though it all went wrong/ I stand before the Lord of song/ with nothing on my tongue but hallelujah”. This hit a chord. Each of us is a varying degree of broken. Each of us tries, fails, gets back up and tries again. We like to keep David in mind as we walk along our path. He made mistakes. He was broken. He continued to simply give it all to God. The good, the bad, and everything in between. With every breath David took, he praised God.

Our aim is to share our walk with the hopes that through this project we grow closer to God, not only in our walk, but to also help strengthen and uplift others along the way.  Thank you for walking alongside.

Proud of you all Trisha for claiming His power to help you overcome and to share that journey with others. It really is a journey where we get back up and start again. Praise God for His abundance of grace. Love you my Sister. You are an inspiration.
